At Stefanie Gomez Coaching, we specialize in confidence and identity coaching for girls ages 10–16 in Hacienda Heights and surrounding communities.

Adolescence is a powerful and sometimes overwhelming time. Girls today face increasing pressure from school, friendships, social media, and expectations about who they should be. Many begin to doubt themselves, hide their voice, or feel unsure of where they belong.

Our mission is to help girls develop a strong sense of identity, confidence, and self-trust so they can navigate these years with courage and clarity.

Through personalized coaching, Stefanie creates a safe and supportive space where girls can explore who they are, what they value, and what truly matters to them. Together, they learn practical tools to manage emotions, build healthy friendships, communicate authentically, and make choices that align with their values.

1:1 Teen Life Coaching

Do you know a teen girl that feels invisible, like they don't fit in but they want to belong. They are living in their heads, thinking of what is the right thing to say versus living in their bodies and in the present moment. They hide out and maybe not speak up. They feel shut down with their creativity and self expression. We aim to give these girls the opportunity to be seen, know their power and be the leaders that they can be.

Through 1:1 teen life coaching, they get to know and honor themselves and take meaningful action toward their dreams and goals. We specialize in helping teens navigate the challenges of adolescence and develop life skills like effective communication, conflict resolution, and goal setting through mindful practices, asking powerful questions, giving honest reflections and assigning "life work".

Teen Group Sessions

Welcome to the Empowerment Group Series, where growth is not just individual but shared among a community of like-minded teen girls. Our group sessions, a powerful complement to personalized coaching, create a space for collective learning and support.

In our recent Voice Activation series this spring, we delved into the barriers that hold us back from speaking up, explored limiting beliefs, built confidence, and explored leadership within each participant. It was a transformative experience with girls not only discovering their voices but also realizing their differences made them unique.

In the fall, we focused on the intricate dynamics of friendships. We explored the meaning of true friendships, delved into setting healthy boundaries, navigating conflict resolution, and refining their communication skills. The girls left with newfound confidence in forming connections and handling conflicts.

Stefanie Gomez is a certified teen life coach; she is a passionate advocate and mentor dedicated to transforming the lives of teenage girls. In the tumultuous landscape of adolescence, Stefanie serves as a beacon of support, guiding young women through the maze of challenges they encounter in their journey to self-discovery.

Navigating the complex terrain of teenagehood is no small feat, especially in today's world where unrealistic beauty standards, academic pressures, and interpersonal conflicts often overshadow the joy of self-discovery. Stefanie brings a unique blend of empathy and expertise to the table, offering tailored strategies and tools designed to elevate self-esteem, foster self-awareness, and enhance decision-making skills.

Having personally experienced the struggle of finding her voice during her own teenage years, Stefanie's mission is deeply personal. She understands the importance of empowering young girls to embrace their own strength and individuality, equipping them with the tools to navigate relationships and pursue their goals with confidence.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA and a graduate of Teen Wisdom Inc's Virtual Certification program. Stefanie's qualifications extend beyond academia. With years of experience in training, personal development courses, and facilitating empowering online groups for girls, she has honed her ability to connect with and inspire the next generation. Stefanie doesn't just coach; she builds a community of empowered young women who support each other on their journey to self-realization.
